VetterTec strengthens global leadership with new Executive Committee and Advisory Board

 
The new structure reflects our international footprint and supports closer coordination across Sales, Operations and Finance.

We have taken the next step in the evolution of our leadership and governance structure. Following the official registration on March 20, Guillaume Benhamou has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Thomas Holst. At the same time, Bernd Imenkamp has been appointed Chief Sales Officer, and Ivan Zubčić has joined as Chief Operating Officer.

As an international provider of industrial drying and dewatering solutions operating across North America, Europe and Asia, we are aligning our leadership model more closely with the scale and international reach of our business. The new Global Executive Committee brings together leaders based in Canada, Germany and India across Sales, Operations and Finance. In addition, Guillaume Benhamou, Bernd Imenkamp and Ivan Zubčić serve as Managing Directors of VetterTec GmbH.

The newly established Advisory Board adds independent expertise and support the leadership team on strategic topics. It is chaired by Philippe Carli, former senior executive at Siemens, and includes Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke, former CFO of SUEZ Group and OPMobility.

For Guillaume Benhamou, the new structure is designed to reflect the scale and international reach of the business more clearly and to support the company’s next phase of development.

Taken together, the Executive Committee reflects our international setup, with members based across Germany, Canada and India.

Within this structure, Bernd Imenkamp continues to lead the commercial side of the business, with a clear focus on customers, markets and the further development of our position in our core industries. Ivan Zubčić, as COO, is responsible for engineering, project management and production. His role will be central to strengthening operational execution and supporting the next stage of development.

For our customers and partners, this next phase is about even closer coordination, clear responsibilities and a leadership setup aligned with the international scale of our business. The ambition is clear: to further enhance how we support our customers and partners with high-performing equipment.
